I have read all the articles, information and viewed the videos and I am going to try to get into a webinar next week, but didn't want to get out order in blogging. IM is something I don't do, and have not thought about putting it into use at school. We have a small school, and it hasn't been that long that we added phones to each room. It's coming someday, but again, I think this is where the district can begin to change how meetings and inservices are held.
