Thing 15

I tried to play the pirate game, but was unsuccessful in opening it up on my home computer. I will have to wait until I get back to school. I did look around at the various puzzles on the site, however, to get an idea of what is involved.

I also looked at the video and ventured into the Second Life site.

Gaming has never been something I have spent much time with. Give me an extra moment of time and a solitaire game and I'm happy, but I have never gone with much more than that. My kids love it, but they never hold my attention for very long. I definitely believe kids brains function in the gaming world and our teaching needs to imitate some of its aspects in order to get kids involved.
